Data Quality Manager

Location: Seattle

As an essential member of our team, the Data Quality Manager is responsible for upholding the integrity of commercial real estate data across the Leaseable customer base. The Data Quality Manager is an internal subject matter expert, highly competent in interpreting the complexities of commercial lease language and related tenant documents. This role is critical in that the success of our customers is dependent on quality and accurate data. The ideal candidate has 5+ years CRE experience working with leases and legal documents and is excited to leverage that expertise in a technology environment.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate large commercial real estate datasets for quality and accuracy; resolve data quality discrepancies within specified deadlines

  • Interpret complex commercial lease language and related documents and maintain internal subject matter expertise

  • Partner with Implementation Specialists during the data onboarding phase on various customer projects, providing lease analysis and sharing best practices

  • Work closely with product team to improve data quality and contribute directly to product development by participating in customer feedback sessions

  • Contribute to ongoing advancement of Leaseable technology and automation of key processes, including machine learning algorithms

  • Support customer success leadership in the planning and prioritization of projects and assignments

  • Contribute to the development of process improvements to enhance overall data quality

  • Monitor internal success and time-to-value metrics; help drive timeline shorter with each project

  • Provide internal industry training to implementation and customer success teams

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of commercial real estate experience in one or more of the following areas: legal, contract management, leasing, property management, asset management and/or lease administration

  • Knowledge of commercial lease agreements and related tenant legal documents and ability to understand, interpret, translate and communicate critical terms

  • Highly detail-oriented with a critical degree of accuracy with data management

  • Excellent communication, follow-through and follow-up, with proven experience meeting commitments and deadlines

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities, manage multiple projects and drive results with precise attention to detail

  • Passion for solving complex and sometimes ambiguous problems; ability to break them down into concrete, manageable components and brainstorm possible solutions

  • Excited about leveraging technology and innovation to solve customer pain points

  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and calm demeanor, especially in escalated circumstances

  • Fast learner, always keen on improving and optimizing processes and outputs

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Startup or technology environment experience

  • Experience collaborating with internal Product teams

  • Knowledge of SAAS platforms, Salesforce, JIRA and Google Suite
