Implementation Specialist

Location: Seattle

As an essential member of our team, the Implementation Specialist provides onboarding, enablement and basic consultative guidance to support customers’ deployment of Leaseable. This role is critical in that a successful and accelerated onboarding of our customers drives success. The ideal candidate has SaaS implementation experience and leads projects with keen attention to detail and an unrivaled level of organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop trusted relationships with customers and engage with them as the main point of contact for the properties under contract as soon as a sale is complete

  • Provide an exceptional onboarding experience to customers, ensuring all users are set up successfully and able to maximize the value of Leaseable for their organizations

  • Manage the process of extracting critical data from tenant documents for new and existing customers accurately and in a timely manner

  • Review, confirm and reconcile all customer data in the Leaseable platform within specified deadlines

  • Communicate questions and answers about the onboarding process and differences identified during data reconciliations to customers in a timely and effective manner

  • Maintain the integrity of all tenant data in lease summaries, encumbrance schedules, rent rolls, stacking plans and other reports utilized by customers

  • Know your customers deeply - learn their unique processes, goals and expectations by listening empathetically, asking questions and guiding meaningful conversations

  • Work to understand customer problems deeply and actively work toward resolution of any roadblocks or risks to achieving business outcomes

  • Be the voice of the customer for the properties under contract and convey feedback to the Product and Sales teams

  • Increase adoption of the product within the first 90 days of onboarding through regular customer interaction leveraging data to support the discussions

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role

  • Highly detail-oriented with a critical degree of accuracy with data management

  • Excellent communication, follow-through and follow-up, with proven experience meeting commitments and deadlines

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities, manage multiple projects and drive results with precise attention to detail

  • Experience building trust and developing strong customer relationships both remote and in person, while managing expectations and priorities

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting project plans, product updates and key results to customers

  • Passion for solving complex and sometimes ambiguous problems; ability to break them down into concrete, manageable components and brainstorm possible solutions

  • Excited about leveraging technologies and innovation to solve customer pain points

  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and calm demeanor, especially in escalated circumstances

  • History of improving processes to enhance customer experience

  • Ability to interact with all levels of a CRE organization

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience collaborating with internal Product teams

  • Experience with SAAS platforms, Salesforce, JIRA and Google Suite

  • Knowledge of commercial lease agreements and related tenant legal documents and ability to understand, interpret, translate and communicate critical terms

  • Experience as a Lease Administrator, Paralegal or other similar role working with commercial real estate lease agreements
